2015 USLA Swim Instructors

USLA CALLING ON SWIM INSTRUCTORS TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2015

We are accepting applications for 3 Swim Instructor positions for Youth Program to teach Red Cross Swim levels, Bronze levels and our crafts program. Job runs from June 28-Aug 7, 2015.

Hours generally 9 am- 1pm Monday - Friday; allowing for other employment opportunities.

Head Instructor must be at least 18 yrs of age, have Full Instructor Certification and NLS. The other 2 positions can be the same or younger with minimum Assistant Water Safety Instructor certification.

Paddling Instructors

The ASLC is currently seeking competent, confident paddlers to be Instructors with the Juniper Island Paddling Club. This 12 level program is unique to the Stony Lake community and participants are typically between 5 and 10 years of age.   The program runs between 9:30am and 12pm Monday and Wednesdays for five weeks (July 7– July 30, 2014) at Juniper Island.   Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Swim Instructors

The ASLC is currently seeking qualified applicants for Swim Instructors to work in our vibrant and reputable swim program. The Red Cross and RLSSC program runs weekdays between 9am and 2pm for seven weeks from June 30th - August 15, 2014. There is also a mandatory prep day on Saturday June 28, 2014. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Swim Instructors must be willing to work collaboratively with parents, the ASLC Board of Directors, swimming program participants and other instructors.
