ABOUT THIS SITE and the COTTAGERS ASSOCIATIONS

It has been a great start to the Summer of 2010 and I hope you all are enjoying the lake.   This website (StonyLake.On.Ca) hopes to  provides you with information about Stony Lake, Upper Stoney Lake and Clear Lake, Ontario to enhance your experience at the lake. The website is presented by the Association of Stony Lake Cottagers (ASLC) and the Upper Stoney Lake Cottagers Association (USLA) so consider joining an associations.

Both associations offer offer a large slecetion of programs. The website has lots of helpful information links on  Restaurants, Lodging, Marinas  Golf Courses and  Maps. Check out the Stony Lake in Books and Stony Lake in the Movies which are some of the most read articles at the website.

One main item this summer is the Fundraising Campaign to  Save the Juniper Island Wharf and Pagoda.  This site needs a major rebuild  so please think about donating to help save this great piece of Stony Lake history.  All donation are tax deductible,  To find out more about this campaign and how to donate clink on the link  Save the Juniper Island Wharf and Pagoda
