Cottagers' Associations 

This website is run by Association of Stony Lake Cottagers & Upper Stoney Lake Cottagers' Associations which are the two largest cottager associations on Ston(e)y Lake. 

Other Cottager Associations on Ston(e)y Lake are typically based around the road they access the lake on seeing these roads are privately maintained by the associations.  Here are a list of other association for Ston(e)y

  • Kawartha Park Cottager's Association (KPCA)
    • This group of cottagers use the road running to and beyond the Kawartha Park Marina (Hiawatha road) for access to the lake
  • Birchcliff Property Owners Association of Douro-Dummer (BPOADD)
    • BPOADD jurisdiction stretches from Young's Point to Salmon Bay Road. That is the east shore of Clear Lake following Birchview Road, comes under this Association. Thay have approx. 180 property owners within this area, about 1/3 of them are current members of this Association.
  • Sandy Point Cottagers' Association
